We are a not for profit community interest company (CIC) offering a range of creative and innovative professional learning opportunities to communities in South Wales. We use physical pedagogies to enhance leadership and learning to support children, young people and adults to become healthy and confident individuals.

We Improve learner outcomes
such as attendance, behaviour, engagement, self- esteem and confidence.

We Improve attainment outcomes for learners who find traditional approaches to literacy and numeracy challenging.

We Improve learners’ health and wellbeing and narrow the gap for learners experiencing poverty and deprivation.

Gemma Mitchell is a qualified primary school teacher with over twelve years classroom experience. She enjoyed leading staff as a Foundation Phase Projects & Initiatives Leader with specialisms in Physical Education, Literacy, Physical Literacy and Family Engagement, before coming out of the classroom to fulfill a secondment as a Physical Literacy Programme for Schools Project Manager and School Support Mentor. Gemma has a
Post-Graduate Diploma in Early Years education and is currently studying for a Masters in Education.

Clare Roberts is a qualified primary school teacher and former secondary teacher of Physical Education. She is a qualified Sports Leaders and 1st4Sport tutor and assessor. Clare has vast experience in mentoring teachers and support staff in her former roles as P.E. and School Sport School Mentor and Physical Literacy Programme for Schools Manager for South East Wales. Clare is passionate about using her expertise to close the poverty gap by working with young people living in deprivation and poverty.
